Centrally located in Prague 3, Metro Comedy Club features internationally touring comedians as well as rising stars in the thriving local scene. Most shows are performed in the English language with special events in Czech and other languages. Our club is owned and operated by comedians and we know the secret recipe to a perfect comedy show. Metro Comedy Club
Mila Panic and Abi Mohanty are a powerful duo with different paces and styles and they playfully tackle the themes of sex and culture, uncovering the selective empathy and hypocrisy in a society. It sounds like we are using big words but, trust us, we will make you laugh and gasp at the same time!
Who are we?
Abi Mohanty is a Berlin-based comedian. Born in India, she didn't go far from the stereotype of being a software engineer. While that fills her pockets, comedy fills the void in her heart. Currently converting childhood trauma into jokes one show at a time, Abi has been performing all over Europe, usually in places where Ryanair goes.
Mila Panic, born in Bosnia, is a stand-up comedian and artist, which makes her double unemployed. She has also performed in many countries such as Germany, Austria, Kosovo, Spain, New York, Croatia and the Czech Republic as well as at the Belgrade StandUp Comedy Festival. Her humour deals intensively with the personal experiences of growing up in a war-torn society and the experiences of living in a Western country, sex, incest etc. and her comedic style is dark, laced with deep, intelligent irony.

Shane has taken his unique and friendly brand of comedy all over Europe and has had 9 solo shows. He has opened for some big names featured on the BBC and also been on national radio. He is also preparing his U.S tour for the second part of 2024 and is looking forward to making you laugh and teaching you a thing or two about his native homeland.
Terry is an award-winning comedian from Ireland. Terry has performed all over the world and regularly headlines comedy clubs across Europe. He has performed at the iconic New York venue The Comic Strip Live, where all-time greats like Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, and Terry Norman started their careers
Funny is Black & White - Comedy Show in English

Join Harshat and Fitz, two experienced comedians from Berlin with very different cultural backgrounds. One, a brooding bad boy having grown up in the hustle and bustle of India. The other, a confused small town country kid from New Zealand trying to adapt to the manic German way of life. Given these two vastly different backgrounds we have a mix of two competing comedic styles; dark, edgy and punchy versus warm, cute and absurd - you guess who is who. Both equally likable and hilarious. We aim to answer the age old question: is funny black and white? Or are there shades of grey?
The Comedians:
Fitz is a comedian who has performed across New Zealand and Australia to sell out audiences. He has brought his comedy to Europe having moved here in 2023. Fitz's comedic style has been described as warm, punchy and energetic. His shows are jam packed with absurd commentary on life in Europe and wild stories of growing up on a farm in New Zealand.
Harshat Grew up between the chaotic concrete jungles and the equally chaotic countryside of India. Currently, he is trying to forget the Bollywood remix tunes but still bring a Desi angle to his comedy in Berlin. He derives his wit from his satirical grandmother and his comedy is based on real life observations and childhood tales. His funny bone was developed as a coping mechanism for his chaotic upbringing and is now used to gain the attention he craves.
These two comedians couldn't be more different and have become friends in the most unlikely circumstances. With this show you are really getting it all, guaranteed laughs and very contrasting perspectives. Be ready to be left in stitches saying to yourself "funny really is black and white".
